Karl Theodor zu Guttenberg former Minister for Defence of Germany is now facing preliminary court proceedings due to the allegations of plagiarism in his doctoral thesis. Following those allegations last week, decided to step down also resigned for his seat in parliament due to that reason so as to enable Prosecutors to upgrading their investigation into plagiarism allegations against him.
