THE Kisutu Resident’s Magistrate Court on Tuesday 8th March this year found the former TBC1 investigative reporter Jerry Murro to have a case to answer in a case of corruption after the prosecution side closed its case.

In the case, Murro and his co- accused Deogratius Mgassa and Edmund Kapama are alleged to have corruptly solicited for tsh. 10 million bribe from the former accountant of Bagamoyo municipal council, Mr. Michael Wage.

The ruling follows efforts by the prosecution led by principle state attorney Boniface Stanslaus to close their case on that day after producing six witnesses.
